FUPA - Floating Point Unit Area

Given the specification for a FPU (cycle time and latencies), this tool will calculate the amount of area needed. The frequencies are global frequencies (out of all the instructions). The performance is given by the loss in CPI, assuming in order execution and a non pipelined FPU.
