PROPERTIES OF THE SAD METRIC IN H.263

This talk will present some observations that follow after my work
on zero-block detection in H.263, which I had presented in my last
talk. In particular, I will discuss some properties of the SAD
metric that were not considered in the earlier work. I will show how
these properties affect the final interpretation of my zero-block
detection algorithms.
